    都瓦哩印度廚房酒館 , 由一群星級主廚共同經營，主廚們貝備國際五星級酒店掌廚經驗，有感於北印度科理為最國際化的印式科理，卻鮮少能在台灣吃到，因此希望透過都亙哩印度廚房酒館的道地北印科理。北印科理更注重香氣，較少辣味取而代之是豐富的幸香口感，口感較溫和，使用50種以上的香科，歡迎透過都亙哩美食，體驗印度文化
